Prof. Krishna Prasad Kaphle

Prof. Krishna Prasad Kaphle is a Senior Geologist with 41 years of working experience, a significant portion of which was dedicated in the field of geological mapping, mineral exploration, engineering and environmental geological mapping. He currently teaches at Tribhuvan University. He has also worked with experts from Germany, France, Japan and USA. Mr. Kaphle has also worked as Chief of Planning, Evaluation and Information Section, Chief of Geological Survey and Research Sub-Division, and Chief of Technical and Administration Services Division at the Department of Mines and Geology (DMG). He has also worked as a consulting geologist in various government and non-government organizations.
